About Us
Awka Young Adults is an offspring of Awka Union USA and Canada, Inc. encompassing young Awka citizens from birth and residency, currently resident in all parts of North America and elsewhere in the world. Young ladies and men, nwadiana whose one or both parents, grandparents, come from Awka in Anambra State, Nigeria are the focus of this platform. Young professionals, students, and many more from the interests listed are encouraged to join, reach out to the representatives and make this forum a source for progress and strength for Awka People.
This 2016 Convention will be the first convention sponsored by Awka Union USA and Canada, Inc. for Awka Young Adults to encourage them in lighter moods. The mission of this forum which is to encourage young Awka citizens in diaspora to know one another, share common experiences and know that they are not alone in these experiences that could be life transforming in both good or bad ways. Sharing these experiences foster greater understanding, development and progress amongst the people.

Our Mission
The mission of Awka Young Adults is to create an avenue for Awka youths to know one another, share information, increase their bargaining power both personally and professionally.
Through this forum students will network on best practices in dealing with life issues in schools.
Professionals will have a platform on which to educate the younger ones
The professionals will have this platform to organize and inform each other of opportunities, personal relationships, growth and maturity.
Our Structure
This forum is developed from the grass root emanating from union chapters in the United States and Canada for now.
The access is open also to those from cities where Awka Union chapters are not available. Share your visions and expectations and experiences.
Many social networks are available, linked to this website for easier communication among members.
